Details Below:

It is fast approaching that magical time of year.....Thanksgiving and Christmas. The season of goodwill to all, a time of Christmas Parties, Eat, Drink and be Merry.

We thought we would look to end the year on a high;) by having a 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge.

Measurements will be taken on or before Monday in your class. This will include

* Fat Percentage in the body, (this will be at the Phoenix College and Litchfield locations only
* Actual Measurements [Chest, Waist & Hips]
* Take your weight that morning and give to trainer

The start date for the challenge will be November 30 [Monday]

Everyone who wants to join, will be given a 21 day meal plan. This will be the easiest plan you will have ever done.There will be 3 workouts a week......your choice of any of our locations..... you can even swap between the times [just let us know about 24 hours in advance]

On Monday December 18 the challenge is over and the Measurements will be repeated. There will be prizes for the person who has

* lost the most inches
* lost the most weight
* lost the largest amount of body fat percentage.

However, all of you who complete the challenge will be winners....you will lose inches, you will lose weight, your body fat percentage will reduce, you will be stronger than ever and have more energy......just in time for the party season!!

Everyone is welcome, from those who need a tune up, to those who have not had a workout in a very long time...all our workouts are led by a Certified Fitness Trainer, each workout will be modified for your own individual capabilities.........but there is something to be aware of......

You will work harder than you have worked before......you will have more fun and laughter than you thought you would.....you will not do the same workout twice.....so no matter how hard it seems during the session, you know that you will not be repeating the workout again during the challenge.....we constantly vary the workouts.....the only thing that remains constant is the work rate.....you will work hard :)

The investment for the meal plan, the 3 times per week workouts is $125.....and that's it!!

**Make sure if you are not already a registered boot camper that you also fill out the "online registration form". Put in "21 Day FL" in the discount area and once you submit, just go to the bottom of the page and push discount since you have already paid.
