I may be able to help! Nope - I'm not going to try to sell you a magic pill or any specific diet plan. While I will share advice about what has worked for me, I mainly want to help motivate you to get active and start moving towards your goal. I am NOT a certified personal trainer (yet ... hopefully in the next year I will be!) but I have lost over 60 pounds so far, with just under 100 pounds left to go. I personally know how hard it is! So here is the deal: for $10/session, I will workout with you for an hour, encouraging you to do your best and showing you new exercises to try. If you workout with me for a month (at least 1 session/week) AND don't miss any sessions AND lose at least 5 pounds during the month, I'll give you a free week the following month (same number of workouts you had previously scheduled.) Meet the same requirements and lose at least 10 pounds during the month, I'll give you 2 free weeks the following month. So if you are working out with me twice a week and lose 10 pounds in your first month, your second month you get 4 free sessions! And that offer applies every month: you keep losing 10 pounds per month, you keep getting 2 weeks free EVERY MONTH.
