Long-running depression support group for anyone dealing with depression, bipolar, anxiety. We share the truth of where we are today, our successes and challenges, and we discuss the behaviors that make us happier or unhappier. (It's called "behavioral health" for a reason.) As part of a larger community worldwide, we utilize a phone list of volunteers (real people) to help stay connected in between meetings.
