Come join us for a Free and Fun workout this Thursday 3/11 at 8 am and ALSO on Saturday 3/13 at 8am in Marley Park's Club House in Surprise on Reems and Cactus.
All Fitness Levels are Welcome and Kids are Welcome too!!! We will have an area for kids to play while we all workout.

I may be able to help! Nope - I'm not going to try to sell you a magic pill or any specific diet plan. While I will share advice about what has worked for me, I mainly want to help motivate you to get active and start moving towards your goal. I am NOT a certified personal trainer (yet ... hopefully in the next year I will be!) but I have lost over 60 pounds so far, with just under 100 pounds left to go. I personally know how hard it is! So here is the deal: for $10/session, I will workout with you for an hour, encouraging you to do your best and showing you new exercises to try. If you workout with me for a month (at least 1 session/week) AND don't miss any sessions AND lose at least 5 pounds during the month, I'll give you a free week the following month (same number of workouts you had previously scheduled.) Meet the same requirements and lose at least 10 pounds during the month, I'll give you 2 free weeks the following month. So if you are working out with me twice a week and lose 10 pounds in your first month, your second month you get 4 free sessions! And that offer applies every month: you keep losing 10 pounds per month, you keep getting 2 weeks free EVERY MONTH.
IF this sounds interesting to you AND you have at least 100 pounds to lose (or close to it) AND you truly can't afford the $10/session, email me anyways and let's see what we can work out. I'm open to trading services or figuring something out.

I want to find some people around my age 18 to 21 who would like to get fit together, make a friendship bond through our similarity of wanting a healthier life style. All levels are welcomed! I am going into the air force and I am trying to meet my height and weight requirements and it's tough when you don't have anyone to feel how you feel when your having a hard time making your work out count. I also want to be there for another person when they too have the same feeling of disapointment to support them, as well as congratulate them when they succeed.
